These sessions will be hosted by Maritz Benefits to review coverage options and any changes for 2027. The Voluntary Benefits session will focus on our EAP, Legal Plan, FSA, and other voluntary benefits. The Medical Plan session will focus on medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as HSA, Hospital/Accident plans, and our wellness program. Both sessions will include a Q&A event, however if you have specific, personal questions we ask you reach out to benefits@maritz.com for assistance. These sessions will be recorded and available for viewing through December 31^st.

Yes, if you want to attend one of the live sessions, you’ll need to fill out the registration form to gain access to that part of our benefits fair. If you don’t register for a live session, you will still have access to all the benefit vendor booths including their resources and being able to live chat with them.

Yes! We are counting on you to share the virtual benefit fair information with your spouse. They can log into the event by using your Employee ID + S (e.g., 12345S).

Yes. We will have a virtual briefcase for you. You can add documents from our partners to your briefcase and then e-mail them to yourself. You can also share documents with your spouse by simply entering their e-mail address before leaving the event.

Attendees will have the opportunity to chat with Maritz benefits partners and representatives from the Maritz Benefits Department.

You can access the website for the Maritz Virtual Benefits Fair through December 31, 2026 by going to www.maritzbenefitsfair.vfairs.com. There you can download benefits brochures and view pre-recorded presentations about your 2027 Maritz benefits.
